🔄 Return Policy for Personalized Items

Because every item we create is customized to your exact specifications, all sales are final once production begins.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized or engraved items unless an error was made on our part that differs from the approved design proof.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and inspect each order carefully. If you receive an item that was produced incorrectly based on your approved design, please contact Chris @ LaserThisOrThat.com within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description so we can promptly address the issue.

 

Please note: variations in color, grain, or texture (especially in natural materials like wood or leather) are part of the character of the product and not considered defects.

⚙️ Customer-Provided Items Policy

We’re happy to engrave customer-supplied products, but please understand that by providing your own item, you assume all risk associated with the engraving process.

While great care is taken with every piece, unexpected issues can occasionally occur — such as material reactions, coating inconsistencies, or mechanical malfunctions. Because these variables are outside of our control, Laser This or That cannot replace or reimburse customer-provided items in the event of damage or engraving errors.

Before we begin, we’ll review your item and confirm that it appears suitable for engraving. However, final responsibility for the item rests with the customer once engraving begins.
