We work with both CO₂ and fiber laser technology, which allows us to engrave across a wide range of materials:

• CO₂ Laser: Ideal for wood, acrylic, glass, leather, rubber, ceramic, stone, and coated metals.

• Fiber Laser: Perfect for bare and anodized metals like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium.

Can I personalize any item?

Yes! Most of our products can be customized — from tumblers and cutting boards to ornaments, dog tags, and glassware. Personalization is what we do best, and it’s what makes your order truly yours. Whether you want a name, logo, quote, or special date, we’ll help design it so it looks professional and polished.

How do I submit my personalization details?

When placing your order, simply include all customization details in the space provided — names, font choices, or uploaded artwork. After you submit your order request, we’ll review everything and reach out by email if additional information is needed. You’ll then receive a detailed proof for approval before we begin engraving.

What type of files should I upload for logos or designs?

For best results, we recommend SVG or black-and-white PNG files. These file types produce clean engravings and ensure the highest quality. If your file isn’t already in a laser-ready format, we can often convert or clean it up for you. Additional design fees may apply depending on the amount of editing required

Can I see a proof before my order is engraved?

Yes. Every custom design receives a digital proof for review. We’ll only start engraving once you’ve approved the final layout, so please check spelling, dates, and design placement carefully before confirming.

Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes can be made any time before final proof approval. Once your order is approved and engraving has started, no changes can be made — since each piece is one-of-a-kind, we can’t reuse or re-engrave the same item.

Why is payment handled separately?
Because each project is unique, final pricing may vary based on design complexity, size, or materials used. After reviewing your personalization details, we’ll send a custom invoice through QuickBooks with your final total. This ensures accuracy and transparency before any payment is made.

Do you offer bulk or group personalization?
Yes! We work with schools, sports teams, businesses, and fundraisers to create bulk personalized items. Discounts may apply for larger quantities, and we can help design group order forms or fundraising options upon request.

What if I provide my own item to be engraved?
We’re happy to engrave customer-provided items. However, please note that the customer assumes all risk in the rare event of a machine malfunction or engraving reaction. We take every precaution and treat each item with the same care as our own, but some materials can react unpredictably during the engraving process.

🕒 Turnaround Time

Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on size and complexity. Larger or fundraiser orders may take a bit longer, but you’ll always get a clear timeline before production begins.

In some cases, next-day turnaround may be available — especially if the item is already in stock or if it’s a personal item dropped off by the customer for engraving.

• Tumblers: Hand wash only.

• Sand-Carved Glassware: Hand washing recommended.

• Wood Items: Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid soaking.

📦 Shipping & Pickup

We offer local pickup in Middletown, NJ and nationwide shipping across the U.S. Once your order is complete, we’ll provide pickup details and tracking information.
For larger or group orders, local delivery may be arranged to make fulfillment easier for fundraisers, schools, or bulk customers. Shipping costs will be provided when invoice is sent for an accurate cost.
