We work with both CO₂ and fiber laser technology, which allows us to engrave across a wide range of materials:

• CO₂ Laser: Ideal for wood, acrylic, glass, leather, rubber, ceramic, stone, and coated metals.

• Fiber Laser: Perfect for bare and anodized metals like stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and titanium.

Each process is chosen to match your material, ensuring professional, long-lasting results.

🕒 Turnaround Time

Most orders are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on size and complexity. Larger or fundraiser orders may take a bit longer, but you’ll always get a clear timeline before production begins.

In some cases, next-day turnaround may be available — especially if the item is already in stock or if it’s a personal item dropped off by the customer for engraving.

Nearly every product we make can be personalized with names, logos, dates, or special messages — because every detail matters.

🧼 Product Care

• Tumblers: Hand wash only.

• Sand-Carved Glassware: Hand washing recommended.

• Wood Items: Wipe with a damp cloth; avoid soaking.

 

📦 Shipping & Pickup

We offer local pickup in Middletown, NJ and nationwide shipping across the U.S. Once your order is complete, we’ll provide pickup details and tracking information.
For larger or group orders, local delivery may be arranged to make fulfillment easier for fundraisers, schools, or bulk customers.

• xTool F1 Ultra Diode and Fiber Laser — A dual-purpose system offering speed and flexibility for both metal and non-metal materials.

• Lens Digital PiBurn Omni Rotary Device — Allows flawless engraving on cylindrical items such as tumblers, glasses, and mugs.

These tools give us the versatility to engrave, cut, and personalize an extensive range of materials — from fine glassware to heavy metal — with consistent, professional results every time.

We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, and major credit cards. Fundraiser and bulk orders can be invoiced directly.

💳 Why Don’t You Accept Payments Directly

on the Website?

At Laser This (or That), every order is custom-made, and pricing can vary depending on personalization details, materials, and quantities.

To make sure each order is accurately priced and that all engraving details are correct before payment, we prefer to review your order first.

Once your order is reviewed and finalized, an invoice will be emailed to you for secure online payment through your preferred method — Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, or major credit card.

 

This process ensures that:

• ✅ There are no unexpected charges or errors.
